Light Yeas Ahead in the Teaching Field

I was fascinated by Dr. Robert Rose's book--The Complete Teacher. He was light years ahead in the teaching field by employing the concepts of adaptive feedback, open-ended approaches and self-organizing systems to better educate children in the classroom. This is a must-read for anyone who would like to be a more effective teacher.
